How long does it take to set up?

Can I customize the summary sections?
Absolutely. You can enable or disable any of the 15 built-in sections, rename them, and add up to 5 custom sections per venue. Shift templates let you show different sections for AM, PM, and overnight shifts.
How do daily briefings work?
Managers can pre-fill key information (groups, VIPs, events, specials) for any upcoming date. When a team member writes their shift summary, that briefing data is automatically included as locked fields — giving context without extra effort.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for our database with row-level security policies, so team members can only access data for their own venues.
Is there a free trial?
